Jim Milliman
Jim entered the wire and cable industry in 1971 in Camden, NY working primarily with bare conductor until 1978 when his interests shifted to insulation and other extrusion process within the industry.
From 1980-1982 Jim worked for ITT Suprenant in Mass. As a process engineering.
His duties focused on overall quality and efficiency.
From 1983-1986 Jim was an independent Consultant to the wire and Cable Industry.
Jim co-founded Tips and Dies Inc with his father in 1986.
Today Jim is the driving force behind new product development at Tips & Dies.

Peter Scribner
Peter started 26 years ago in the wire and cable industries.
His wide range of experience includes, running high temperature foam, multiple conductors, and laminated cables.
Peter was also responsible for trouble shooting, engineering new products and training.
As a Service Technician for Tips and Dies, Peter is always happy to assist any current or new customers.
